How to Prepare for a Spiritual Bath
Before indulging in a spiritual bath, it is important to create a serene and sacred space. Begin by decluttering your bathroom and ensuring you won't be disturbed during the ritual. Dim the lights, play soft music, and light some candles to set a calming ambiance.
The Ritual
